Employers must register an account to post jobs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.2 Job Seekers
Job seekers can apply to positions without creating an account. By submitting an application, you consent to your information being shared with the relevant employer.
4. Employer Responsibilities
As an employer using our platform, you agree to:
- Post accurate and truthful job descriptions
- Comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
- Not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal job opportunities
- Handle candidate data in accordance with privacy laws
- Respond to applications in a timely and professional manner
- Not use the platform for any illegal purposes
5. Job Seeker Responsibilities
As a job seeker using our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your applications
- Not submit fraudulent CVs or misrepresent your qualifications
- Not use the platform to spam or harass employers
- Respect the intellectual property of employers
6. AI-Powered Features
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze CVs and rank candidates. You acknowledge that:
- AI rankings are provided as a tool to assist hiring decisions, not as final determinations
- Employers remain responsible for their hiring decisions
- AI analysis may not be 100% accurate and should be supplemented with human review
- We continuously improve our AI systems but cannot guarantee specific outcomes
7. Fees and Payment
Some features of 0 Friction Hire require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan
- Fees are billed monthly or annually as specified
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are provided at our discretion
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by 0 Friction Hire and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
0 Friction Hire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
